A few more things I love about Joanne: She is impressively knowledgeable about the markets, home types, laws, and other other key real estate info. This gives her a powerful confidence which gave me total peace of mind during a stressful situation. She is very thorough and no nonsense. She acutely recognizes the little things in a property and makes sure to ask the right questions about electrical, plumbing, water/sewer, etc. If she doesn’t get an answer she likes from the other realtor or owner, she will be abundantly clear about it to her client. This was crucial for eliminating properties with subtle or hidden deal breakers. She will fight for you. She will work really hard to get you into a place that works specifically for you and negotiate so it fits your budget. She cares deeply about her clients being in homes they will thrive in.
